WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD
Fees can be paid through Interac E-Transfer with additional discounts for larger packages. Once received, we will confirm the lesson time to you.
支付方式是通过Interac电子转账，如果选择购买更大的课程包，还可获得额外的折扣。一旦收到付款，我们将向您确认课程时间。
IS THERE REQUIREMENT OF AGE FOR TAKING A CLASS
For piano classes, students may start as young as 5 years old to adults and seniors. For all other music, arts and language classes, we recommend age 6 and above.
有年龄要求吗？
钢琴课程的学生可以从5岁开始，包括成人和老年人。对于所有其他音乐、艺术和语言课程，我们建议年龄在6岁及以上。
CAN I SWITCH A CLASS IF MY CHILD WANT TO TRY ANOTHER CLASS?
For 1:1 classes, Yes. Please let us know one week in advance and what other class you decided to try or switch to. The class must be of same duration.
如果是一对一的课程，可以。请提前一周告知我们，并告知您的孩子希望尝试或转换到的其他课程。转换的课程必须是相同时长的。
IS PARENT/GUARDIAN REQUIRED TO STAY IN THE CLASS?
There is no requirement, parent/guardian may choose to drop off and pick up the student when class is finished, sit in to watch a class, or rest outside of the classroom.
父母/监护人需要留在课堂吗？
没有一定要求，家长/监护人可以选择在课程结束时接送学生，坐在教室里观看课程或在教室外休息。
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE STUDENT CANT COME TO A CLASS?
For any other reasons without notice, it will be charged without madeup lesson.
